As many of you know, Hazell & Team Dean have supported Walk The Walk
MOONWALK LONDON for the last 4 years, after losing our friend Jayne to breast cancer.
The Jaynebows were formed in her memory, and a Jaynebow Team has walked that walk three times to date contributing over £15,000 to the Walk The Walk fund with sponsorship.
2017 – The Jaynebows
2018 – Calamity Jaynebows
2019 – Disco Jaynebows (when Hazell performed for 15,000 walkers)
After some Team Dean persuasion The London Eye has lit up pink twice (2018/19) and was scheduled to animate their spectacular pink lights for the walkers again this year.
In addition to this a dash of Team Dean charm secured for the first time ever, a light up from The Nation Theatre who had pledged to illuminate pink, animating their lights and running a message for the walkers across the building through the night.
Sadly, due time Covid19 those pink lights will go unseen.
There will be no bra clad Jaynebows taking in the Moonwalk challenge, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t playing our part…………
